Coffee Chats: Eva Mendes, Relationship Coach

Join us on April 19th when Maisie will be meeting with Eva Mendes, MA, LMHC for an hour long talk about gender diversity within the autistic community. Eva is a widely recognized couples’ counselor specializing in working with couples where one or both partners have Asperger syndrome and are on the autism spectrum (diagnosed or undiagnosed). She specializes in working with adults with Asperger syndrome, high-functioning autism, ADHD, non-verbal learning disability, PDD-NOS, social (pragmatic) communication disorder, and gifted individuals.
Eva is the author of two published books including ‘Gender Identity, Sexuality and Autism’, a collection of narratives from those who are on the autism spectrum whom also identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and/or asexual (LGBTQIA).
